PTSD Awareness Day
PTSD Awareness Day is observed annually on June 27th to raise awareness about Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and to promote understanding of the challenges faced by those affected by it. Established in 2010, this day serves as a reminder of the importance of recognizing the signs and symptoms of PTSD, which can occur in anyone who has experienced a traumatic event, including veterans, first responders, and their families.

Education: Increasing awareness helps to educate the public about PTSD, its symptoms, and its effects on individuals and their families.
