Join the H3 Ruckers this Memorial Day as we honor the heroes who gave everything for our freedom. We’ll step off from Iron Legion and ruck to Veterans Memorial Park, where we’ll pause for a Memorial Day WOD to pay tribute. Afterward we’ll ruck back together as one team one family.
